ALAN is a passionate fitness coach who has been in the industry since 2013. He has been coaching a wide range of people in fitness around the world in big cities like Rio de Janeiro-RJ and Sydney-NSW. The main focus of Alan's life has been learning how to coach people in a safe environment without judgment.
